dosa chính sách vận chuyển giao hàng

This policy explains how Công ty TNHH Sơn DOSA receives and confirms arrangements for delivering products, components or equipment. Because size, weight and technical requirements may vary, the final delivery method is stated in the quotation or separately confirmed for each order.

Last updated: July 24, 2026.

Scope

This policy applies to goods delivered directly by DOSA or sent through a carrier. On-site inspection, repair, installation and upgrade services have separate travel requirements and costs, which are confirmed before the work is carried out.

Order Confirmation and Delivery Methods

Before dispatch, DOSA checks the product, quantity, delivery address, recipient and contact details. Depending on the type of goods and destination, the parties may agree on collection from DOSA, direct delivery, freight transport or a suitable courier service.

  • Customers should check the product name, quantity and address shown in the delivery confirmation.
  • Goods requiring crating, impact protection or special handling will be discussed in advance.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after DOSA has confirmed the relevant conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery estimate starts when DOSA confirms that the goods are ready for dispatch and the necessary commercial conditions have been completed. The estimated timing depends on the destination, type of goods, delivery method and the carrier’s receiving schedule.

The actual delivery date may change because of weather, traffic conditions, carrier operations or events beyond DOSA’s control. If DOSA receives notice of a significant delay, it will update the contact person for the order.

Shipping Costs

There is no single delivery charge applied to every order. Shipping, crating, door-to-door delivery or technician travel costs are stated in the quotation or order confirmation before the service is carried out.

If the recipient requests a change to the address, timing or delivery method after dispatch, any additional costs will be discussed before delivery continues.

Equipment Requiring Technical Support

For powder coating gun sets, control panels, powder booth equipment, curing oven equipment or work requiring installation, DOSA will clarify whether support will be provided remotely or on site. Distance, access conditions and the scope of work are used to determine the schedule and support costs.

Delivery of equipment does not automatically include installation, adjustment or acceptance testing unless these items are included in the quotation or agreement.

Checks When Receiving Goods

  • Check the number of packages, packaging condition and sender information before signing for receipt.
  • Photograph the packaging and affected areas if a package is dented, torn, wet or shows signs of impact.
  • Where practical, check the product name, quantity and included accessories.
  • Keep the packaging, shipping labels and related documents until the issue has been clarified.

Damaged, Incomplete or Delayed Shipments

If an issue is found, customers should notify DOSA promptly and provide photographs of the package, product and shipping label together with the details requiring review. DOSA will check the matter with the carrier and respond according to the actual condition.

Requests involving an exchange or return will be reviewed under the Returns and Refunds Policy. Delivery questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
